Company Story
Next Tier Aerial was founded in Maryland to serve the commercial construction and infrastructure market specifically. Our early work supported general contractors documenting sitework and structure progress. As programs grew, so did the demand for mapping, volumetrics, inspection support, and agency-ready reporting — and we built the operating standards to match.

FAA Certification
All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots. Controlled airspace operations are flown under LAANC or written ATC authorization, with records retained for every mission.

Every engagement begins with a site-specific risk assessment. We participate in contractor safety orientations, follow site PPE requirements, and maintain general and aviation liability coverage.
